From Adam Milton, your Guide to Day Trading

This week's day trading newsletter discusses one of the often overlooked derivatives markets, which can allow traders with a limited amount of capital to trade markets that they would normally not be able to trade, namely the contract for difference markets (CFDs).

The newsletter includes:

- the introduction to contract for difference markets (CFDs),
- the definition of derivatives markets,
- and the weekly economic calendar with volatility expectations.

Good trading :-)

Contract For Difference Markets (CFDs)

Many new traders start trading with a limited amount of trading capital (i.e. only a few thousand instead of a few hundred thousand), and some of these traders quickly find that they cannot trade the markets that they would like to trade without incurring an unacceptable amount of risk (e.g. 25% of their trading capital per trade) ... learn about contract for difference markets

Derivatives Markets

Derivatives markets are markets that are based upon another market, which is known as the underlying market. Derivatives markets can be based upon almost any underlying market, including individual stock markets (e.g. the stock of company XYZ), stock indices (e.g. the Nasdaq 100 stock index), and currency markets (i.e. the forex markets) ... learn about derivatives markets

Economic Calendar With Volatility Expectations

There are several news releases from each region (the US, Europe, and Asia) this week. There are seven high volatility news releases from the US, six high volatility news releases from Europe, and eight high volatility news releases from Asia. Markets from all three regions will probably experience medium (US) to high (Europe and Asia) volatility and average (US) to significant (Europe and Asia) price movement throughout this week ... find out which news releases will affect your trading
